Kelvin grew up in Shanghai and moved to NYC where he obtained bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting and finance from Baruch College.
Kelvin spent two years with a professional service firm specializing in performing due diligence and collateral assessments for Tier One Banks and Asset Based Lenders, and four years at a leading management consulting firm specializing in the consumer products industry.
Kelvin has significant experience building and applying analytics on complicated projects including merger and acquisitions due diligence, business turn arounds and strategic advisory process improvement projects.
